Refund policy

Exchange Policy

Because all of our products are made to order and custom apparel, we do not offer refunds. We are happy to offer exchanges only, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Window

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn and unused
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, please contact us at hello@budgie.club.

If your exchange request is approved, we’ll provide:

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item
  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@budgie.club so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges on:

  • Personalised items (except in cases of defect or error)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item qualifies.

Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your exchange has been approved.
If approved, your replacement item will be produced and shipped as soon as possible.

European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

However, please note:

  • This right does not apply to made-to-order or personalised items, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Where an exchange is permitted, the item must be returned in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact
